We are looking for a operations Manager
ACCOMPLICE has been running for 4 years and is in the process of delivering its 4th NT Travelling Film Festival. It has reached an exciting chapter in its growth allowing it to undertake sustainable strategic planning and consolidation of existing programs, while also creating space to explore new partnerships and creative ideas.
This is a new role which gives you the ability to make it your own, establishing processes and strategic plans in partnership with the Director that will be built upon over the coming years.
ACCOMPLICE yearly program cycle is connected with the seasons of the Top End with planning, research and experimentation during the Wet Season and then delivery of the programs and partnership outcomes during the Dry, while maintaining ongoing administrative and strategic work throughout.
ACCOMPLICE’s creative programs are embedded in the communities of the NT and delivered in partnership with the rich and exciting artists and creatives that call NT home. ACCOMPLICE works with a First Nation cultural consultant for all creative projects.
