We are looking for Tour Coordinators and Production Managers for the 2021 tour.

Tour dates:

5 March - 7 April 2021 (Visiting locations through Central Australia and Barkly Regions)

6th May - 8th June 2021 (Visiting locations through the Roper Gulf, Katherine, Top End and Arnhem Land Regions)

There will also be a couple of days pre and post tours.

If you are only available for one tour please note this in your application.

Both roles require the following experience:

  • Working in and with remote Indigenous communities.

  • Touring for period of times in regional Australia.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Flexible problem-solving approach to work.

  • Able to work in partnership with a range of partners including NTTFF staff, community partners, venues, tourist operators and film makers.

  • Manual licence with off road experience desirable.

As the Production Manager your role will include but not be limited to:

  • Coordinator and manage all the equipment including car, trailer, screen, projector etc. You will be provided with training on the NTTFF specific equipment.

  • Coordinator with communities and venues about the screen setup location and required infrastructure needed if any – a checklist will be provided.

  • Organise setup, operation and pack up of equipment at each screening.

  • Plan travel, breaks and driving in partnership with Tour Coordinator.

  • All other jobs outline by the Creative Director.

As the Tour Coordinator your role will include but not be limited to:

  • Communication and manage community and venue partners specifically regarding marketing, local content, community sharing and publicity.

  • Manage accommodation bookings.

  • Manage receipts and payments while on the road.

  • Support the setup and pack up of the screen and run screening.

  • Organise screening content.

  • Plan travel, breaks and driving in partnership with Production Manager.

  • All other jobs outline by the Creative Director.

Terms:

  • Successful applicants will be offered a short-term employment contract with fortnightly pay schedule.

  • Travel Allowance will be provided.

  • All super, work cover and insurances will be provided by employee.

  • All travel and accommodation will be provided.
